Florence Lodge No. 2212 was founded on August 8, 1881 and was reactivated on  November 26, 2015 under The Grand United Order of Odd Fellows belief that all men are brothers as so, are vested with the same rights and privileges. But, while we associate, like nations, we must be governed by organic and constitutional laws. We must show love, based upon charity and enlightenment, which are for suffering mankind the choicest gifts of nature.

We as Odd Fellows are especially charged with the practice of delivering on the message of Friendship, Love, and Truth. The former and diffusion of the latter and believing further that the interests of the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows in the great work for which it is created, organized, and perpetuated are best promoted in all its several branches by the combined and organized system herein presented.

We hail you with the following constitution, bylaws, regulations, etc., for the creation and government of the District Lodges of the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows in America.

THE IMPROVED ORDER OF PATRIOTIC ODD FELLOWS

The District Grand Lodge No. 13 of South Carolina Grand United Order of Odd Fellows in America in April of 2022 broke away from the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows in America and Jurisdiction. The District Grand Lodge No. 13 of South Carolina Grand United Order of Odd Fellows in America with its rich history has founded a new national Improve Order of Patriotic Odd Fellows (I.O. of P.O.F.) under its incorporation and its 501 C3 with TEN Regions. These Regions shall be called Regional Council and will be overseen by Regional Director and Co-Region Director.
