Guidelines imposed by the Doubletree for our January Full Board Session.
These rules will be strictly enforced:
As of January 3rd, all guest attending your banquet will be required to show their vaccination card  or a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours of entry into an banquet (not an at home test).  This will also apply to and indoor dining establishments in Philadelphia, including the restaurants within the hotel, i.e. Balcony (breakfast) or Standing O (dinner).
Certain people who cannot be vaccinated are exempted from this requirement:
·         Children under five years and three months of age
·         People with signed medical exemptions from a licensed practitioner
·         People with religious exemptions, who have attested in writing that they have a sincerely held religious belief that prevents them
           from being vaccinated
·         Anyone who is exempted will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours of entry into an
establishment. This requirement does not apply to children under age two, who cannot be tested easily for COVID-19.
As you may have already be aware, the city already had a mask mandate in place, so mask will be required in all public areas within the hotel.  However, It will be up to you and your fellow member if you would like to wear your masks while in the meeting space (as long as the meeting room doors remain close)
